The special meeting of the School Board of Lake Superior Independent School District No. 381 was held Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., Wm. Kelley School Flex Space, 137 Banks Blvd, Silver Bay, Minnesota and Two Harbors High School Community Room, 1640 Highway 2, Two Harbors, Minnesota.
1.0 Chair Tiboni called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. and led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.
2.0 MEMBERS PRESENT: Mark Broin, Harriet Hagedorn, Dean Korri, Jeff Radle, Al Ringer, Tracy Tiboni, Steve VanHouse

3.0 Approve Appointment of Ms. Gina Kleive to Principal, Two Harbors High School, February 1, 2024: Motion by Ringer, second by Radle to approve the appointment of Ms. Gina Kleive to Principal, THHS effective February 1. 2024. (Carried Unanimously)
4.0 Approve Educational Assistants Contract, 7.1.2023-6.30.2025:
Motion by Korri, second by Hagedorn to approve the Educational Assistants Contract, 7.1.23- 6.30.25. (Carried Unanimously)
