NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)WATER TREATMENT FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS –Silver Bay, MN

The City of Silver Bay, Minnesota is seek­ing proposals from qualified interested par­ties to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the rehabili­tation of a Water Treatment Facility. The rehabilitation will primarily consist of con­struction of a new booster station, pump and equipment replacements, rapid mix and flocculation mixer replacements, re­placing the clarifier mechanism, replacing chemical feed equipment, filter rehabilita­tion, building addition for a new electrical room, distribution system modifications, SCADA system replacement, and miscel­laneous site improvements.

The City of Silver Bay plans to retain a CMAR firm to facilitate the cost evaluation, constructability, scheduling and sequenc­ing of work for the efficient use and proper allocation of available funds.

Four (4) hard copies and 1 digital copy on USB flash drive, shall be delivered or mailed to the City of Silver Bay, 7 Davis Drive, Silver Bay, MN 55614. All submit­tals must be received by 4:00 PM local time on September 26, 2024. Late sub­missions will not be considered.
