Lake Superior School District #381 is requesting sealed proposals from qualified, licensed contractors for the installation of a maintenance tunnel waterproofing and drainage system at the district facility located at 421 7th St, Two Harbors, MN 55616.
The scope of work includes installation of a sub-floor perimeter drainage system (approximately 361 linear feet), three dual sump pump systems with battery backup, interior and exterior discharge lines with freeze protection, and a wall vapor barrier system (approximately 360 linear feet). The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and debris removal.
Proposers must hold a valid Minnesota contractor license, maintain appropriate insurance, and demonstrate experience with commercial or institutional waterproofing projects. A pre-bid site visit is strongly encouraged.
Proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM CST on May 29, 2026.
