Paul B. Peterson, 73, Two Harbors, died Sunday, December 3, 2023, at St. Luke’s Hospital after a brief illness.
Paul “Beagle” was born September 14, 1950, to George and Phyllis (Swardstrom) Peterson in Two Harbors, where he was a lifelong resident. After graduating from high school, he served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a long-time employee of Louisiana-Pacific until his retirement.
He enjoyed the outdoors, agate picking, and old westerns on TV.
“Beagle” was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, William and Kane.
He is survived by his wife, Diane; a son, Nathan Peterson; granddaughter, Ireland; a brother George Peterson; the Libby family; several nieces and nephews; and his 4-legged sidekick, Neva.
