Joy (Anderson) Blanchard, 96, long time resident of Silver Bay went to be with the Lord on May 23, 2025 in Black Mountain, NC. A Celebration of Life will take place on June 17 at 2 PM at Sychar Lutheran Church, 14 Edison Blvd in Silver Bay. The family will receive friends one hour before the service.
