Duane Roe, 83, of Two Harbors, MN, passed away on October 10, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.
Born in Blackduck, MN, to Olga (Rensvold) and Trygve Roe, he was a hardworking, kind, and talented man who spent many years with Reserved Mining Company in Silver Bay, MN. When he wasn’t working, he loved woodworking, tinkering with his cars and tractors, and caring for his animals—always with a cup of coffee close by.
He is survived by his wife, Dianna; children, Annette and Todd; grandchildren, Samantha, Jayson, Kolton, and Amber; and siblings, Julie, Leanne, Brenda, Dean, and MaryBeth. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Edward, Dale, and Linda.
A celebration of life will be held on November 1st at the Two Harbors Community Building (417 South Ave) from 9 a.m. to noon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Duane’s honor to Firefighters for Healing or by donating blood.
