PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
It is Ordered and Notice is given that on AUGUST 8, 2024, at 8:45 AM, at 411 West 2nd St., Grand Marais, MN 55604, a hearing will be held via ZOOM, on a peÂtition for the formal probate of an instruÂment purporting to be the Decedent’s will dated March 15, 1976, and Codicil dated November 30, 2015, and for the appointÂment of Susan /Warren (f/k/a Susan K. Morgan), whose address is 2030 County Rd. 7, Grand Marais, MN 55604 as perÂsonal representative of the Decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration.
* This hearing will be held remotely via Zoom Technology.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors havÂing claims against the Decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within (4) four months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.
