NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:

Default has occurred under the con­ditions of the following described mortgage:

That part of the Northwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter, Section Ten, Township Fifty-six North, Range Seven West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, lying south of State Highway No. 1, EXCEPT that part thereof lying west of a line parallel to and 600 feet easterly distant from the west line of said NW ¼ of NE ¼ and north of a line parallel to and 400 feet northerly distant from the south line of said NW ¼ of NE ¼.

PURSUANT, to the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the above described property in Lake County will be sold by the Sheriff of Lake County at a public auction as follows:
