Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on March 10, 2025 at 1:30 PM, in the Law Enforcement Center; 613 3rd Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Article 25 of Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, this request, if approved, would allow relief from bluff setback requirements for an existing unpermitted screen porch and to expand an existing deck (Land Use Ordinance #12, Section 7, Article 7.03a). The property in question is located at 2450 Cliff View Circle, Two Harbors MN 55616 and legally described as Lot 1 Block 1 in Section 1, Township 53, Range 10; 0.5 acres; zoned shoreland (NSMZ), R-4/Residential District, 2 acres minimum, Silver Creek Township.
