Pat Hanson, 88, of Two Harbors, died Sunday, September 28, 2025 at Waterview Shores in Two Harbors. She was born on June 7, 1937 to David and Agnes up, graduated from Cathedral High School and attended the College of St. Scholasti(Downs) Wallace in Duluth, where she grew ca. Pat married Jim Hanson on October 25, 1958 and together they made their home in Clover Valley and Knife River Valley ever since.
Pat was a member of Knife River Lutheran Church, WELCA, the church quilting group, and North Star Quilters. She enjoyed farming, raising her family, and time with friends.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents and husband Jim “Squeaky”.
She is survived by daughters, Laura (Paul) Anderson of Hermantown, Carolyn (Clyde) Bergman of Two Harbors, Ann (Mike) Arneson of Chippewa Falls, WI, and Joan (Gary) Krecker of Turtle Lake, WI; sons, Eric (Viola) Hanson of Two Harbors and Chris Hanson (Renee Moe) of Duluth; 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Ella (Lyle) Jackson of Duluth, Susan (Del) Hubbartt of Knife River, Annette Hammitt of Barnum, and Lillian Hanson of Two Harbors.
