Grand Marais, Minn.— As Grand Marais celebrates Fisherman’s Picnic, the congregation of Life in Christ Lutheran Church invites residents and visitors to stop by for an Open House at its new church building on Saturday, August 1, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
The new church building is still under construction, but the congregation is excited to share its progress with the community. Guests are welcome to tour the building, learn about the project, and see firsthand how the new church is taking shape.
Although work continues, the building already reflects the vision and dedication of many volunteers, generous donors, and local contractors who have helped make the project possible. Members of the congregation will be available throughout the afternoon to answer questions and share the story behind the new church.
Refreshments will be served, and everyone is welcome.
Life in Christ Lutheran Church has been serving the Grand Marais community since 1994. The congregation is a member of The Lutheran Church— Missouri Synod and looks forward to continuing its ministry in a new home that will serve both the congregation and the wider community for many years to come.
