Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on June 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM, in the Law Enforcement Center; 613 3rd Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616, at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Article V of Lake County Subsurface Sewage Treatment System Ordinance #11, this request, if approved, would allow relief from structure setback requirement for installation of a septic mound (Section 3.02 Lake County Subsurface Sewage Treatment System Ordinance #11). The property in question is located at 14577 Snowbank Beach Rd, Ely MN and legally described as: That part of Lot 5 as described in cert of titles 60 pg 190 in Section 35 Township 64 Range 9; 1.32 acres; RR Residential-Recreational, Fall Lake Township. PID: 28-6409-35505.
