NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON PROPERTY IN LAKE COUNTY, MINNESOTA.

Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on June 15, 206, at 6:45 pm in the Law Enforcement Center, 613 Third Avenue, Two Harbors, MN 55616, at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:

In accordance with Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, an application for a Conditional Use has been filed by JBL Industries LLC, which, if approved, would allow for an amendment to existing CUP (C-21-019) allowing for expansion of current earthwork business operations which includes trucks entering/exiting, equipment loading/unloading, storage of aggregate, vehicles, and inventory; and development of a business park to include uses such as warehousing, office space, retail, storage and general business operations at 872 Stanley Rd, Two Harbors MN. The property is legally described as: all that part of NE ¼ of NE ¼ which lies NWly of R/W of US Hwy 61 as desc. in doc. no. A000162112; that part of NE¼ of NE¼ N & W of the new US HWY 61 exc 6.43 acres as desc. in doc. no. A000162112; that part of E½ of E½ of NW¼ of NE¼ lying SEly of the line as desc. in book 81 of deeds pg 775 and a portion of the parcel yet to be subdivided described as E1/2 of E1/2 of NW1/4 of NE1/4 lying Nly of the line desc in doc no A000160525 all in Section 10, Township 52, Range 11, 18.53 acres, zoned non-shoreland CR/Commercial-Rural, 2-acre minimum, Unorganized Territory #2. PID: 25-5211-10020/10025/10070 and a portion to be subdivided or 25-5211- 10080.
