You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Application of the Applicant in the above entitled proceeding and to file your answer to said Application in the Office of the Court Administrator, Cook County, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you exclusive of the date of service, and if you fail to answer the Application within the time aforesaid, the Applicant in this proceeding will apply to the Court for the relief demanded therein.
Pursuant to Minn. Stat. Sec. 508.16, this Summons may be personally served outside the state of Minnesota upon any Defendants who are a non-resident of Minnesota and who cannot be found within Minnesota.

BEGINNING at the North Quarter corner of said Section 20, as monumented by a red capped ½” rebar; thence South 01 degrees 31 minutes 27 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the west line of said Government Lot 2, a distance of 74.04 feet; thence Southerly 234.64 feet along a non-tangential curve concave to the East, radius 700.00 feet, delta angle 19 degrees 12 minutes 19 seconds, chord 233.54 feet and a chord bearing South 8 degrees 51 minutes 07 seconds East; thence North 89 degrees 36 minutes 27 seconds East 230.06 feet to the east line of the westerly 272.00 feet of said Government Lot 2; thence North 01 degrees 31 minutes 27 seconds East, along said east line, 133.69 feet; thence South 89 degrees 36 minutes 25 seconds East 100.02 feet to the east line of the westerly 372.00 feet of said Government Lot 2; thence North 01 degrees 31 minutes 27 seconds East, along said east line, 200.02 feet; thence South 85 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds West 374.10 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
