NOTICE TO SILVER BAY RESIDENTS

A reminder that water restrictions are in ef­fect for the residents of Silver Bay. Residents with an odd house number shall water lawns when necessary only on odd numbered cal­endar days, and those with even numbered addresses shall water lawns only on even numbered days. Watering should take place during the morning or evening hours only. These water restrictions are in accordance to City Code 730.09 ‘Water Restrictions’ and Code 120.01 ‘Violations and Penalties’. The cause for water restrictions are to help with water conservation and to limit oper­ating costs to defer future modifications to the system.
