Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to make a recommendation to the Lake County Board of Commissioners on July 21, 2025 at 6:30 PM. in the Law Enforcement Center, 613 Third Avenue, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, an initial application for Interim Use has been filed by Dark Star Cabins, LLC, which, if approved, would allow a short-term vacation rental home at 1240 Lindgren Road, Two Harbors, MN 56616 and legally described as E 1/2 of SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 in Section 12, Township 53, Range 11, 19.95 acres, zoned nonshoreland, R-1/Residential District, 10 acre minimum, Unorganized Territory #2.
