Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on December 9, 2024 at 1:00 PM, in the Law Enforcement Center; 613 3rd Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Article 25 of Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, this request, if approved, would allow relief from the structure setback to install a septic system mound (SSTS Ordinance 11, Article 3.0, Section 3.02 & MN Rules Chapter 7080.2150 Subp. 2 F). The property in question is located at 5932 Hwy 61, Silver Bay MN 55614 and is legally described as Lot 3 of “Houle First Division” in Section 1, Township 56, Range 7; 0.59 acres; zoned shoreland (NSMZ), R-4/ Residential District, 2 acre minimum, Beaver Bay Township.
