Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on July 8, 2024 at 2:00 PM, in the Law Enforcement Center; 613 3rd Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Article 25 of Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, this request, if approved, would allow relief from the side yard setback to construct a staircase (Land Use Ordinance #12, Article 13.0, Section 13.01E). The property in question is located at 1478 Burlington Road, Two Harbors MN 55616 and is legally described as that part of Govt Lot 1 as described in document A000170355 in Section 31, Township 53, Range 10; 0.5 acres; zoned shoreland (Lake Superior), R-4/ Residential District, 2 acre minimum, Silver Creek Township.
