NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAND USE ORDINANCE OF LAKE COUNTY, MINNESOTA.

Notice is hereby given that the Lake Coun­ty Board of Adjustment will conduct a pub­lic hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on June 10, 2024 at 1:00 PM, in the Law Enforcement Center; 613 3rd Ave., Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interest­ed parties shall have the opportunity to dis­cuss the granting of the following request:

In accordance with Article 25 of Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, this re­quest, if approved, would allow relief from the shoreline structure setback to cover a deck and increase the height and living space of a nonconforming structure (Land Use Ordinance #12, Section 7, Article 7.03). The property in question is located at 1165 Papieo Beach Road, Isabella MN 55607 and is legally described as Outlot 3 of Gov’t Lot 6 in Section 24, Township 59, Range 11; 2.23 acres; zoned shoreland (Sand Lake), RR/Residential Recreation­al District, 1-acre minimum, Unorganized Territory 2. PID: 25-5971-24050.
