Complete info, as well as dinner reservation tickets, can be found at ktwh.org
The Harvest Moon Gala is an annual fundraiser for the non-profit Two Harbors Community Radio, as well as a community celebration.
Expect a marvelous silent auction, featuring locally grown foods, locally created art, and dozens of high-quality, unique items to bid on. During and after dinner, live music will be performed. A pre-paid dinner reservation is required for the taco bar and dessert, with gluten-free and vegetarian options. Purchase tickets at ktwh.org or in person at the KTWH radio studio in the Harbor Landing Building, 629 7th Ave. Two Harbors.
The event, on the main floor of The American Legion at 614 First Avenue in Two Harbors, is open to the public and wheelchair accessible. When the doors open at 5 pm, the silent auction will begin. The Taco Bar opens at 6 pm. A pre-paid dinner reservation is required for the Taco Bar with dessert. Gluten-free and vegetarian options will be offered. Two Harbors hometown band, 3-Spot, will take the stage to kick off the live music, followed by the Iron Range-based band, MorningBird. The silent auction closes at 8:30, and the music will continue until 9:30 pm.
This is our eighth such autumn benefit, and we are excited that the silent auction and live music are open to the public. Each year, we have met our fundraising goal with the Harvest Moon Gala event, thanks to our supportive community. We anticipate a lively evening, especially with the fun and familiar music that both bands are sure to serve up.
