The North Shore Bantam hockey team has been a powerful force this season with two, back to back, tournament championships already under their belt.
The team came skated off with a championship title in the Moose Lake Area Bantam Tournament held from December 1st to 3rd in Moose Lake. The very next weekend, they earned another first-place trophy from the Great Lake Skate that took place on their home ice in Two Harbors, held from December 8th-10th, where they beat out all the competition.
“This team really worked hard as a team, allowing only 3 goals in those 8 games,” wrote Lola Haus, the North Shore Bantam Team Manager.
With much success in the early season, it will be exciting to see how this team performs as the season progresses.
