Traffic operations for the Banks Boulevard reconstruction project in Silver Bay will change beginning Monday, August 10.
Davis Drive:
- Closed to all traffic at Banks Blvd intersection (east intersection)
- Closure duration: 4-5 weeks
- Access to city hall/police station/library from Outer Drive via Shopping Center Drive and Davis Drive
- Access for residents on Davis Drive/Drake Cir via Shopping Center Drive to Banks Blvd and west Davis Drive intersection
- Access for residents east of Davis Drive via Adams Blvd.
Banks Blvd:
- Remains closed to through traffic
- Local traffic access between Edison Blvd and Davis Drive (west)
- Fire station access always maintained
** Banks Blvd will remain an active construction zone with reduced travel width and gravel surfacing. Please travel cautiously through the work area and beware of crews and equipment working to complete concrete pours and final restoration work.**
