Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on July 13, 2026 at 2:45:00 PM, in the Law Enforcement Center; 613 3rd Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616, at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Article 25 of Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, this request, if approved, would allow relief from the shoreline setback and the property line setback to add an addition to a nonconforming house (Land Use Ordinance #12, Section 7, Article 7.03 & Section 14, Article 14.01E).
