Twelve regional nonprofits were granted funding from the Two Harbors Area Fund; eight nonprofits received grants from the LaBounty Family Fund.
TWO HARBORS AREA FUND
Led by an advisory board of local volunteers, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for citizens in the Two Harbors and surrounding area. We support initiatives that meet the changing needs of our community in the following areas: the arts, civic projects, education, the environment and human services. The fund may, from time to time, emphasize one area over another when emerging needs or opportunities require special attention.

LABOUNTY FAMILY FUND 2024 Grants Total: $24,453.00
Mission: The fund primarily provides assistance to projects that promote economic development in the Two Harbors area. Economic development, in order to qualify as a charitable purpose, must benefit the public directly and significantly, with any private benefit only incidental and not substantial when compared with the public benefits.
