The City of Silver Bay, Minnesota is seeking proposals from qualified interested parties to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the rehabilitation of a Water Treatment Facility. The rehabilitation will primarily consist of construction of a new booster station, pump and equipment replacements, rapid mix and flocculation mixer replacements, replacing the clarifier mechanism, replacing chemical feed equipment, filter rehabilitation, building addition for a new electrical room, distribution system modifications, SCADA system replacement, and miscellaneous site improvements.
The City of Silver Bay plans to retain a CMAR firm to facilitate the cost evaluation, constructability, scheduling and sequencing of work for the efficient use and proper allocation of available funds.
Four (4) hard copies and 1 digital copy on USB flash drive, shall be delivered or mailed to the City of Silver Bay, 7 Davis Drive, Silver Bay, MN 55614. All submittals must be received by 4:00 PM local time on September 26, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
