Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on July 8, 2024 at 1:00 PM, in the Law Enforcement Center; 613 3rd Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Article 25 of Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, this request, if approved, would allow relief from the road setback of Hwy 61 to construct a shed (Land Use Ordinance #12, Article 6, Section 6.01). The property in question is located at 1812 Hwy 61, Two Harbors MN 55616 and is legally described as Outlot 4 of Lot 2 & Outlot 3 of Lot 2 in Section 21, Township 53, Range 10; 2 acres; zoned shoreland (Lake Superior), R-4/Residential District, 2 acre minimum, Silver Creek Township.
