PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on AUGUST 8, 2024, at 8:45 AM, at 411 West 2^nd St., Grand Marais, MN 55604, a hearing will be held via ZOOM, on a pe­tition for the formal probate of an instru­ment purporting to be the Decedent’s Will dated March 15, 1976, and Codicil dated November 30, 2015, and for the appoint­ment of Susan /Warren (f/k/a Susan K. Morgan), whose address is 2030 County Rd. 7, Grand Marais, MN 55604 as per­sonal representative of the Decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration.

* This hearing will be held remotely via Zoom Technology.

Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors hav­ing claims against the Decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within (4) four months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.
