KTWH, Two Harbors Community Radio, will be hosting their 3rd of 4 “Catch The Wave” live free-will concert events on Saturday, August 30, 3-5 PM at Thomas Owens Park. Two stellar acts will perform on the bandshell stage.
Tres Osos is Spanish for 3 Bears. The amply bearded Twin Ports trio consists of Nicholas Klee on mandolin, Ian Kvale plays bass, and Tim Leutgeg on guitar. These músicos talentosos hombres play a fun, energetic mix of familiar songs in the country-bluegrass style, in English.

Joining Tres Osos as the show opener, their friend Mike Munson will travel up from Winona, MN, to bring American Blues and Folk History to life through his own masterful interpretations. Mike Munson is most comfortable with a guitar in his hands. With a reverence for the history of American music, his songs demonstrate his own evolution as a performer and his deep attachment to place. His sound explores the connections between blues, American primitive instrumentals, and early rock and roll.
Bring your lawn chair, cooler, picnic basket, whatever you like, but most importantly, bring yourself and your besties. The Two Harbors Moose Lodge will be there with free ice cream treats for all! Special thanks also go to Lovin’ Lake County, Anderson’s Greenhouse, Castle Danger Brewery, and the listeners who support the 2025 Catch The Wave summer live music series.
