The City of Silver Bay Planning and Zoning Commission will hold the following Public Hearings on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall:
Isaac Swanson and Ryder McMillen- to consider Mr. Swanson & Mr. McMillen’s application for a Home Use Occupation Permit to operate a custom embroidery and graphic apparel business at 28 Quincy Drive.
Dave Nobbe – to consider Mr. Nobbe’s application for a Conditional Use Permit to
operate a short-term rental at 5308 Mount Rockwood Rd.
