NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to property owners of Silver Creek that the Board of Appeal and Equalization of the Town of Silver Creek in Lake County, Minnesota, will meet in the Board Meeting Room at 1924 Town Road, in Silver Creek, at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday the 9th of May 2023 for the purpose of hearing appeals about assessment values. All persons believing that their property is assessed too highly, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear. person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.
