NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City Council of Silver Bay, Minnesota on the Fifth day of February, 2024, in the City Hall located at 7 Davis Drive at 7:00 p.m. to consider a proposed vacation of an unused public utility easement located in the Plat of Silver Bay, Fourth Division, legally describes as:
UTILITY EASEMENT TO BE VACATED:
A 10.00-foot-wide utility easement as depicted on the plat of Silver Bay, Fourth Division, according to the recorded plat thereof, and being wholly within and part of the hereinbefore described PREMISES being part of Outlot “C”, Block Ten (10), of said Silver Bay, Fourth Division, Lake County, Minnesota, the northeasterly line of said 10.00-foot-wide utility easement is more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northerly corner of said Outlot “C”; thence southwesterly, along the south line of Banks Boulevard, as shown on said plat of Silver Bay, Fourth Division, a distance of 53.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence southeasterly, deflecting to the left 85 degrees 23 minutes a distance of 130.00 feet; thence southeasterly, deflecting to the right 11 degrees 15 minutes a distance of 85.00 feet and there terminate. The sidelines of said 10.00-footwide utility easement are to be lengthened or shortened to terminate on said south line of Banks Boulevard.
