Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to make a recommendation to the Lake County Board of Commissioners on October 28, 2024 at 5:00 PM. in the Law Enforcement Center, 613 Third Avenue, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, a renewal application for Interim Use has been filed by Two Harbors Hideaways LLC, which, if approved, would allow a short-term vacation rental home at 1240 Lindgren Road, Two Harbors MN 55616 and legally described as E 1/2 of Sw 1/4 of NE 1/4 in Section 12, Township 53, Range 11, 19.96 acres, zoned non-shoreland, R-1/ Residential District, 10 acre minimum, Unorganized Territory #2.
