In accordance with Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, a renewal application for Interim Use has been filed by Tettegouche Lodge, LLC which, if approved, would allow continuation of a short-term vacation rental home at the property located at 6125 Highway 1, Silver Bay and legally described as NE1/4 of NW1/4 or Lot 3, Section 4, Township 56N, Range 7W as described in document T000047457; 31.83 acres; Zoned R-3/ Residential District, Shoreland, minimum 2.5-acres; Beaver Bay Township.
