Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to make a recommendation to the Lake County Board of Commissioners on December 19, 2022 at 5:45 p.m. in the County Highway Department Building, 1513 Hwy 2, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, a renewal application for Interim Use has been filed by Mary Ann Kelly which, if approved, would allow the continuance of a short-term vacation rental home at 6747 Highway 1, Finland and legally described as: Lot 36 and the S1/2 of Lot 35, Shaffer’s Subdivision of the N1/ 2 of the SW1/4 of Section 17, Township 57N, Range 7W; 0.84 acres, Zoned R-R/ Residential-Recreational, non-shoreland; 1-acre minimum; Crystal Bay Township.
