Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on Monday, September 11, 2023 at 1:30 P.M., in the Law Enforcement Center, 613 Third Avenue, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Article 25 of Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, this request, if approved, would allow relief from the bluff and shoreline setback requirements for an existing deck (Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, Section 7, Article 7.03). The property in question is located at 2398 Hwy 61, Two Harbors 55616 and legally described as: Time Share interests 1 and 3-10 in Parcel A of that part of Gov’t Lot 3, Section 12, Twp 53N, Rge 10W as described in Document C000021810; 1.9 acres, zoned R-4, 2-acre minimum, shoreland to Lake Superior, Silver Creek Township.
