Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on October 21, 2024 at 1:00 PM, in the Law Enforcement Center; 613 3rd Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Article 25 of Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, this request, if approved, would allow to rebuild, increase the height, and alter the roofline of a nonconforming structure that is within the shore impact zone (Land Use Ordinance #12, Section 7, Article 7.03A & Section 3, Article 3.79). The property in question is located at 9041 Cramer Road, Finland MN 55603 and is legally described as N 22 acres of Lot 8 in Section 22.
