NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAND USE ORDINANCE OF LAKE COUNTY, MINNESOTA.

Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on July 8, 2024 at 1:30 PM, in the Law Enforcement Center at 613 3rd Ave, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:

In accordance with Article 25 of Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, this request, if approved, would allow relief from the shoreline setback to allow a deck and porch to remain on a grandfathered structure (Land Use Ordinance #12, Article 7.0, Section 7.03A). The property in question is located at 3346 Grouse Lake Road, Isabella MN 55607 and is legally described as 0.57 acres out of Lot 7 as described in Bk 92 of Deeds as Pg 178 in Section 11, Township 60, Range 9; 0.57 acres; zoned shoreland (Grouse Lake), RR/Residential-Recreational District, 1 acre minimum, Stony River Township. PID: 20-6009-11650.
