The City of Two Harbors Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 522 First Avenue. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input regarding a proposed Zoning Code definition change for Hotels and Motels. The proposed additional language for each definition is: “must have at least 3 units or more.”
