Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on behalf of, and authorized by, the Lake County Board of Commissioners on June 26, 2023, at 1:00 PM in the Lake County Highway Department Building, 1513 Highway 2, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request: In accordance with the Lake County Subdivision Ordinance #9, an application has been received for a Preliminary Plat proposal for “The Harbors,” which, if approved, would allow partial conversion of the previously approved 45-unit resort, “The Harbors,” into a 10-unit Planned Unit Development with no additional increase to total units.
