LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTER SEPTEMBER 18, 2023

The Lake County Planning Commis­sion sat in session at 5:00 p.m. on this date and conducted hearings and other business.

I-23-035r– Motion by Bathke sup­ported by Sve to recommend to County Board 5-year approval with conditions for a renewal interim use application for a vacation rental home filed by Judy Ly­kins for the property located at 3386 Hwy 61 and legally described as: The S 250 feet of N 500 feet and the S 50 feet of the N 250 feet, Government Lot One (1) in Section 23, Township 54N, Range 9W as described in Document T000037719; 6 ac, zoned R-C/Resort Commercial, 2-ac minimum; Silver Creek Township. PID 29- 5409-23265. Motion carried; Hoops, Sve, Bathke, Unzeitig, J. Ernest, and Ellefson voting in favor; none opposed. (PCR-23- 042).

I-23-023i– Motion by Unzeitig support­ed by J. Ernest to recommend to County Board 1-year approval with conditions for an initial interim use permit applica­tion for a vacation rental home filed by T. Jefferson Properties LLC (Ben Wagner and Keith Becker) located at 2398 Hwy 61, Two Harbors and legally described as: “an undivided 1/10th interest, des­ignated as Timeshare Interests 1 and 3 through 10, in and to the following real property: Parcel A, Gov’t Lot 3, Section 12, Twp 53N, Rge 10W as described in Document C000021810; 1.9 acres, zoned R-4/Residential; 2-ac min, Silver Creek Township. PID 29-5310-12070. Motion carried; Hoops, Sve, Bathke, Unzeitig, J. Ernest, and Ellefson voting in favor; none opposed. (PCR-23-043)

Being no further business, motion by Sve supported by Unzeitig to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried; Hoops, Sve, Bathke, Unzeitig, J. Ernest, and Ellefson voting in favor; none opposed. Meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
