Motion by Hoops supported by Fogelberg to approve the request with conditions for relief from the shoreline and unclassified watercourse structure setback for a dormer expansion on a nonconforming cabin; and relief from the shoreline setback to rebuild a grandfathered structure and convert it from a cabin into a garage with a roof expansion (Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, Section 7, Article 7.03) at 5774 Lax Lake Rd., Silver Bay MN 55614. The property is legally described as: Outlots of 5-6 &7 of Govt Lot 5, Section 12, Township 56, Range 8, 1.0 acres, zoned shoreland R-R/Residential-Recreational District, one-acre minimum, Beaver Bay Township. PID: 26-5608-12584. Motion carried, Hoops, Fogelberg and Hippert voting in favor; none opposed.
