V-24-001 – Motion by Brodigan supported by Fogelberg to approve the request as submitted for requesting relief from the road setback of Hwy 61 to replace and expand a nonconforming garage filed by Steven Rebelein at 1735 Hwy 61, Two Harbors MN on property described as: the N 100ft of S 200ft of the SW1/4 of SW1/4 E of Old North Shore Rd & that part of SW1/4 of SW1/4 as desc in Bk 126 of Deed Pg 229 & N 100 ft of S 200ft of Lot 3 exc that part lying S & E of centerline of US Hwy 61, Section 21, Township 53, Range 10, 1.4 acres, zoned shoreland R-4/Residential District, two-acre minimum, Silver Creek Township. PID: 29-5310-21650. Motion carried, Hoops, Fogelberg and Brodigan voting in favor; none opposed.
Motion by Brodigan supported by Fogelberg to approve the October 9, 2023 minutes as submitted. Motion carried, with Hibbert, Fogelberg and Brodigan voting in favor; none opposed.
Brodigan nominated Hoops for the Board of Adjustment Chair which was approved by a unanimous vote. Brodigan nominated Fogelberg for Board of Adjustment Vice Chair which was approved by a unanimous vote.
Motion by Hoops supported by Fogelberg to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried, Fogelberg and Brodigan voting in favor; none opposed. Meeting adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
