The property in question is located at 1808 & 1807 Silver Creek Road, Two Harbors MN 55616 and is legally described as: E 1/2 of NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 in Section 21, Township 53, Range 10 & SW 1/4 of SE 1/4 in Section 16, Township 53, Range 10 60 acres, zoned shoreland (Silver Creek & branch of Silver Creek), R-4/Residential District, 2 acre minimum & R-2/Residential District, 5 acre minimum, Silver Creek Township.
