LAKE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES LAKE COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT BUILDING 12/12/2022

The Lake County Board of Adjustment sat in session at 5:00 p.m. on this date and conducted hearings and other business.

V-22-020––Motion by Hoops supported by Fogeberg to approve, with conditions, the request for relief from shoreline setback to a designated trout stream for an existing mobile home, to eventually be replaced with a new structure in compliance with setback requirements. The request was submitted by Jamie and Penny Juenemann for the property located at 1448 Camp Press Road, Two Harbors and legally described as: the SE1/4 of SE1/4 EXCEPT the N300 feet of the S700 feet of the W225 feet; the S400 feet; the W458.5 feet lying N of the line parallel to and 940 feet Northerly distant from the South line thereof; Section 19, Township 53N, Range 10W; 22.33 acres, zoned shoreland, R-3/Residential District, 2.5-acre minimum; Silver Creek Township. PID 29-5310-19910. Motion carried; Hoops, Fogelberg and Brodigan voting in favor; none opposed.

V-22-021––Motion by Fogelberg supported by Hoops to approve, with conditions, the request for relief from shoreland setback requirements from a Natural Environment Lake (Stony) to reconstruct a cabin and accessory buildings following the Greenwood fires. The application was filed by Erica Koski for the property located at 10263 Hwy 1 (water access), Isabella and legally described as: Lot 2; Section 4, Township 59, Range 10; 24 acres, zoned shoreland, FR/Forest-Recreational; 10-acre minimum; Stony River Township. PID 20-5910-04250. Motion carried; Hoops, Fogelberg and Brodigan voting in favor; none opposed.

Motion by Fogelberg supported by Brodigan to approve the November 14, 2022 minutes as submitted. Motion carried; Hoops, Fogelberg and Brodigan voting in favor; none opposed.

Motion by Fogelberg supported by Brodigan to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried; Hoops, Fogelberg and Brodigan voting in favor; none opposed. Meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
