ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
In the Matter of the Petition of:
Kyle P. Labat
concerning Certificate of Title No. C000019609 issued for land in Lake County, Minnesota, legally described as:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter (NE 1/4 of SW 1.4), Section Ten (10), Township Fifty-Two (52), North Range Eleven (11), West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, lying North and West of the centerline of the new United States Highway No. 61, containing 15 acres more or less, less and except the following described parcel:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter (NE 1/4 of SW 1/4), Section Ten (10), Township Fifty-two (52), North Range Eleven (11), West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, lying northwesterly of the northwesterly right-of-way line of new U.S. Highway 61 and lying southwesterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said NE 1/4 of SW 1/4, run southeasterly in a straight line to a point on the northwesterly right-of-way line of said new U.S. Highway No. 61, said point being 880.0 feet northeasterly distant along said right-of-way line from its intersection with the west line of said NE 1/4 of SW 1/4.
Containing 5.0 acres more or less.

TO: ELAINE KAVORKIAN AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, INTEREST OR LIEN UPON THE REAL ESTATE LISTED IN THE CAPTION.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court on June 20, 2023 at 8:30 a.m., at the Lake County Courthouse, Two Harbors, Minnesota, and then or as soon thereafter as said matter can be heard, show cause, if any there be, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows:
That the Registrar of Titles, upon the filing with her of a certified copy of this Order, cancel Certificate of Title No. C000019609 and enter a new Certificate of Title for the land therein described in favor of Kyle P. Labat, 4418 Vera Cruz Ave N, Robbinsdale, MN 55422, subject to the memorials of Document Nos. T000001208, T000001209, T000007224, T000009722, T000011401, and T000049393, but free from all other memorials now appearing on the present Certificate of Title, the last of which is Document No. T000049376, and free also from the memorial of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order be served as follows:
1. At least 10 days before the hearing upon the above-named parties, residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of the Summons in a civil action;
2. At least 14 days before the hearing upon each of the above-named nonresidents by sending a copy of this Order to the nonresident’s post office address, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested;
3. Upon each of the above-named parties who cannot be found by three weeks published notice and by sending a copy of this Order at least 14 days before the hearing by first class mail to the last known address of the party and by sending another copy of this Order at least 14 days before the hearing by first class mail to the address of such party as stated on the Certificate of Title, if an address is so stated; and
4. Upon a dissolved, withdrawn, or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat. Chp. 302A, 303, 317A, 322A, 322B, or 323 in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. ‘ 5.25.
