Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Silver Bay will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday February 9th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Silver Bay Reunion Hall located at 97 Outer Drive, Silver Bay, MN to consider Improvement No. 2026-01A, 2026 Citywide Street & Utility Improvements, Phase I-A; Adams Blvd north of Banks Blvd and Arthur Cir; by replacing infrastructure including surfacing and utilities.
The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement includes the property adjacent to the roadways described above. The estimated cost of the improvement is $6,524,699.00. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
