On May 26, 2023 Taconite Lodge (Silver Bay) and Fortitude Lodge (Two Harbors) had 350 Rainbow Trout planted in Legacy Lake. Legacy Lake is a special place where Silver Bay’s MN Veterans Home residents are brought out to fish every Wednesday during the fishing season, which began on June 14th.
The veterans should have a great summer reeling ‘em in at Legacy Lake.
