The Annual Meeting of Members of the above Cooperative will be held at the Two Harbors High School, 1640 Highway 2, Two Harbors, Minnesota at 6:00 p.m. on the 19th day of April 2023, to take action upon the following matters:
• Registration from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Business meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m.
• Report of Officers, Directors & CEO
• Election of District #1
• All other business which may come before the adjournment of the meeting.
