Notice is hereby given that the Lake County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to make a recommendation to the Lake County Board of Commissioners on March 18, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. in the Law Enforcement Center, 613 Third Avenue, Two Harbors, MN 55616 at which time interested parties shall have the opportunity to discuss the granting of the following request:
In accordance with Lake County Land Use Ordinance #12, a renewal application for Interim use has been filed by John and Karen Adams, which, if approved, would allow a short-term vacation rental home at 603 Scenic Dr., Two Harbors MN 55616 and is legally described as that part of Lot 2 lying N of N Right of Way line DM & IR RR Right of Way line, in Section 16, Township 52, Range 11 zoned shoreland; RC/Resort Commerical disctrict, 2-acre minimum, 6.7 acres, Unorganized Territory #2.
