NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING, ELECTION OF OFFICERS, AND BOARD OF CANVASS MEETING

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the Town of Silver Creek, County of

Lake, and the State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual

Township Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. In cases of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March.

The Election Polling Place hours will be 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m., at which time the voters will elect:

One (1) Supervisor………3-year term

One (1) Clerk………………2-year term

The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:15 p.m. to conduct all necessary business as pre­scribed by law.

The Annual Election and Meeting will be held at the following location:

Board Meeting Room

1924 Town Road

Two Harbors, MN

The Board of Canvass will meet on March 12, 2024, following the Annual Meeting and counting of the ballots (approximately 9:00 p.m.) to certify the official election results.
